The air conditioning made a lot of noise. It sounded like maintenance was happening outside. i changed rooms, but the noise was still there. i did not sleep well because of it.

The room was very clean, and the bathroom sparkled. Breakfast offered such a WIDE variety of options. Underground parking was secure, such a relief, though it felt a little tight. The staff always greeted me with a SMILE.

The location offered easy access to many shops. I found the pillows comfortable. The shower provided a refreshing start to my day. The parking fee was reasonable.

The tv in my room did not work. A staff member could not fix it. The tea and coffee facilities lacked milk. There was no tea available either.

The staff greeted my brother, mother and me daily. They provided support for my elderly mother. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast included many items to choose from.

The hotel bedrooms seemed like they could use an update.
